Upgraded: Organizer/Insert for Marrakesh Deluxe Edition with 2 expansions, metal coins and queenies

I’m excited to share my design for an insert/organizer for the Deluxe Edition of Marrakesh , including the metal coins, both expansions, the glass gemstones for the 2. expansion and the queenies 1 + 2 .

(The Standard Edition should need about the same space. For the Essential Edition, though, this organizer probably won’t fit – but there are already a few solutions out there for that one.) If you don’t have the metal coins, the trays might be a bit oversized, but still totally usable.

Upgrade for the 2. expansion

After upgrading my organizer you have the choice to integration either only the 1. expansion (Camels & Nomads) or both 1. and 2. expansion (including the glass gemstones) and also the queenies 1 + 2.

If you already printed the organizer and want to upgrade for the 2. expansion you should print all objects with "2.expansion" in the name. I think it is pretty clear which old objects they are replacing.

If you are printing this organiser for the first time, you must print the following items, depending on whether you have only the first or both expansions:

If any parts need to be printed more than once, that’s noted in the respective filenames.

The only special print setting: make sure to print the following objects with a brim, otherwise they might come loose from the print bed.

One extra hint regarding the tower when printing for both expansions

I had to modify the bottom part of the tower slightly, as it was a few millimetres too wide to fit into the corresponding space. The following photo show where I cut off a few millimetres on two sides. Since I had already glued the bottom part together beforehand, this was not a problem. It might not hold together now if it were still only assembled.

How everything does fit in?

You should print out How-Everything-Fits-In.pdf and put it in the box - unless you have a VERY good memory - so you have no problems to pack everything up after playing.
