Azule Mini & Summer Pavilion Mini Storage Boxes

This is a model for a box to replace the horrible tuckboxes that come with both Azul Mini and Azul: Summer Pavilion Mini. The box is the same for both. There are 2 versions included in the model. There is a plain version which you could add your own graphics or text to if you want. There is also a recessed version and that is what you see in all of the pictures.

I really love the box artwork for these games, so I cut up the tuckboxes so that I could keep the front, sides, back, and tops. I created a .6mm recess in the boxes to accomodate the artwork. I cut the tuckbox front, back, sides and top carefully and rounded the corners with a 3mm radius. The recesses have a matching radius. The cardboard is then glued directly to the recessed area using 3M 77 spray adhesive . It sticks very well, and I think they look great. Much more protective and easier to organize and store.

I kept the dimensions very close to the sie of the tuckboxes; the only change I made is to make the boxes a little deeper/thicker - as it makes storage a bit easier.
