Tokens for "Die Quacksalber von Quedlinburg"
Please support Zwecklos by Liking/Boosting their Print on Thingiverse.
These tokens can hold the ingredient tokens from "Die Quacksalber von Quedlinburg" to give the game components a better haptic and to make shuffling the ingredients more fun and easier.
For the base game you'll need to print:
- 32 in white
- 38 in green
- 34 in blue
- 31 in red
- 30 in yellow
- 16 in purple
- 20 in orange
- 18 in black
Obviously, it's a good idea to print multiple tokens at once. Use your slicer software to multiply the modell. I've printed batches of 20 pieces of one color in one run.
The dimensions I used for one token in Cura are:
Size x: 22 mm
Size y: 24.284 mm
Size z: 8 mm
These dimensions worked for me, but I suggest that you print a sample first before going into "mass production".
The shape of the cardboard tokens seems to vary a bit. Some of the tokens "clicked" in and don't seem to ever pop out again. Most of the tokens however were a bit lose, so I had to glue them in.
I hope you are having fun with these upgraded components. I enjoy the game even more with a bag of ingredients that actually feels full when you shuffle it :)
Custom ingredient holders by Zwecklos - your cardboard tokens snap into these. I haven't printed these out yet to try them, but folks on the BGG.Sea reported good things about them.
