Dani Demarest (also Dani Ammer) (born Danielle Monsalvo September 16, 1980 in San Antonio, TX) is an artist and game designer who created Cuisine a la Card, a 2-player competitive card game. Before that, she developed and worked in the video games industry, working on multiple mobile titles with InMotion Software. In June 2015 she married Michael Ammer and changed her name to Danielle Ammer.
