Knitting Circle game insert for button tokens

This adds a holder specifically for the three types of button tokens to the original insert set ( https://www.printables.com/model/1416638-knitting-circle-insert ) instead of just a tray.
The tray doesn't need to be the entire height of the box, so I've made a spacer underneath to save space. There's also a tray as an option in case there's more to add to the game down the road.
Can be printed with any amount of infill, 2-3 perimeters.
