The 7th Continent Card Holder (Satchel and/or Player Hand)

This is a card holder for the game [The 7th Continent](https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/180263/7th-continent).
It can be used to hold either the content of the Satchel or the players' hands (red cards, or even green/blue cards).
It was inspired by [Thing 3691427](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3691427), however I wanted the cards to swing freely from one angle to the other, so I modeled it to have a triangular room inside each card's slot (see OpenSCAD cross-section picture).
I came across an alternate satchel holder which looks pretty good as well. Also, a narrow labelled guide designed to keep the states/inventory/hand cards evenly spaced for a two player game (avoids columns ending up too wide or narrow to preserve/manage table room) - print one for each player.
