Enhance your Spooktacular board game plays with these thematic 3D upgrades for the Marquis, Screens and Police Cars. INCLUDED (1) LED-lit theater marquis (4"x3") (4) LED-lit movie screens (2"x.5"x2") (5) police cars (1.5"x.5") Disposable, replaceable LED lights Marquis The marquis is inspired by the box cover and sits on its designated spot on the board. It features hand-painted tenticle decorations and glowing green LED lights. Movie Screens The movie screens are placed in the 4 theaters on the board. Each has an LED light inside, curtains and a shadowy monster figure on the screen (a static sillouette). Police cars Five 3D police cars replace the cardboard police car tokens, adding more realism to the game. Each has a red/blue light on top and a colored number. LEDs Each LED has a removable tab that turns it on, or off when you replace the tab. Each LED can last up to 24 hours, a few game sessions and can be inexpensively replaced (around 10-15 US cents each). Enough are included to power the marquis and movie screens. All of the upgrades feature high-quality 3D printing on FDM machines. As with all 3D printers, if you look closely you can see the print lines, but they do not detract from the aesthetics of the upgrades. The tenticles on the marquis are lightly hand-painted to make them stand out. Why did I do this? Honestly, I heard great reviews of the game and was able to obtain it second-hand. I unboxed it, was impressed by the artwork but found the presentation...lacking. Such a thematic game, and the board was so...flat! Before I even played the first time I immediately envisioned placing light-up movie screens to add some depth and theme to the board. But then there were those flat cardboard police cars, those wouldn't do...they had to be 3D. But the last piece, the thing that tied it all together was the movie entrance, the marquis...the fun art on the front of the game box. I honestly didn't refer to it at all as I created a movie entrance, other than determining its size on the board. Speaking of which, you wouldn't even know there was a movie entrance or screens much by looking at the board itself, although it tries. Anyway, enjoy these fun upgrades to a fun and immersive game!
