Newton Board Game Insert - Sleeved

This a remix of the original designed by jgrg1, as I like my inserts to not have extra space to allow for movement of pieces.
Improvements:
• Added height to all the boxes to give more room for the sleeved cards
• Increased card holders to allow for better removal of sleeved cards
• Created a spacer for the bottom of the box to prevent bit movement (print 2 of these)
