Here you will find an insert that will fit premium sleeved cards in the Port Royal Big Box board game.
I made one larger card holder that can double as a card stack during game play. A smaller stack holder for the expansions. The larger cards are sleeved but not premium sleeves. If yours don't fit, I can try to make a change if you send over dimensions.
To accomplish everything shown here, simply print 1 of everything and about 5-6 of the card separators.
Here is my design for Port Royal Big Box with room for premium sleeved cards.
