Steampunk Rally Fusion Insert / Organizer

This is an insert I designed for Steampunk Rally Fusion (Atomic Edition). It holds all of the components that come with the Kickstarter version, including the larger promo inventor cards. My favorite feature is that this insert has two inventor trays, allowing you to quickly locate and grab your inventor standee.

I haven't sleeved the cards in this game, as shown in the photos, but I have provided separate sets of card trays that support unsleeved and sleeved cards. The sleeved trays provide a bit more room than the stock insert, where the fit was quite tight. I tested it using Wingspan cards in Mayday premium sleeves, as they are about the same size as the Steampunk Rally Fusion cards. It all worked well, except you will need to keep the player aid cards in the miscellaneous tray instead of in the card row. The unsleeved card row fits all the cards, including the player aids, and has an extra spacer/storage box placed at the end.

You can use the plastic inventor stands that came with the game, but I printed 3E8's stands for each inventor. You can get those here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1197600 . When I printed them, I reduced the y dimension to 85% and they hold the inventor standees just tight enough to make them stable but not so tight that they damage the cardboard.

1x SRF Track Tiles

2x SRF Vertical Spacer (to take up additional space in the bottom of the insert and bring the remaining trays up to the top of the box - this makes it possible to store the game vertically and pass the upside-down shake test)

2x SRF Damage Dials (my print bed wasn't large enough to do these all in one piece, so I printed them separately - you can optionally glue them together)

Then to support sleeved cards:

1x SRF Boost, Inventor, Events, Special Projects (Sleeves)

1x SRF Gold, Silver, Copper Cards (Sleeves)

Or to support unsleeved cards:

1x SRF Inventor, Events, Special Projects, Player Aids (No Sleeves)

Notes:

I printed these with a 0.6 mm nozzle with .4 mm layer heights. Smaller nozzles and shorter layer heights will produce smoother prints.
