Spirit Island Custom Presence Tokens (Base + B&C + FF + JE + NI+HOSI+Apocrypha)

Edit 1/18/24: Added all Horizons spirits (see bottom of the files list), along with a revised version of Trickster that prints a little nicer (the older Cheshire cat style just looked a bit messy, you can find it labeled “15b” in the files list).

So I lost one of the green presence tokens (I blame my cat). I printed out a simple 1:1 replacement, but that got me thinking about custom tokens for my favorite characters. From there it spiraled into... let's just do custom presence for every spirit I both own and will eventually own (NI).

I designed them in inkscape, ported it over to solidworks, and then did 1 or 2 filament changes for each print to get the color and design to come out. Due to filament color limitations I had to go with some non ideal colors for some of the tokens, but I am still pretty happy with the overall result (and will take at least a few days before I decided to redo half of them but we can ignore that for now).

Each spirit has 15 presence tokens, and 4 each of isolate, reminder, and defend tokens. They nest inside boxes color coded to the difficulty of the spirit, which magnetically attach to each other and fit nicely inside the B+C box.

Printing Instructions:

Every one of these tokens is 2.5mm tall, and the base level is 2mm (so it should change color after whatever your 2mm layer is). I ended up doing 2 filament swaps, one after the first 5 layers and another after the 10th layer. This gives it a more even usage for the two colors that I used. Prusa can give you the top layer automatically, and I would advise you look at the filament usage in each color to make things even.

I used the following two assortments of filament to get the colors I need, printing the 27x tokens for each spirit uses almost the entire color from these ones.

For the storage boxes, you need around 350 of these magnets if you want to do the entire thing. You can always cut this to half if you are willing to deal with weaker connections and having to be more careful with how you assemble them.

Each spirit has its own token. I recommend printing 15 of each of these. 13 for playing the game, and 2 extra for setting in the storage box ends as well as spares in case you lose one. There is also a zip code that includes all 32 of these.

Additionally, I included the storage boxes for these. I recommend not using supports and relying upon bridging to get the bottom holes for the magnets to fit nicely. If you want to do the same thing I did and organize it by color, you need the following.
