Mini Poker Chip Set with Tray
Please support mtalexander by Liking/Boosting their Print on Thingiverse.
Hi! Thanks for checking out my design.
**These chips require AMS/multi-material functionality to print.**
This is a set of mini poker chips (25mm x 3mm) of denominations 1 / 5 / 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 and planks (50mm x 30mm x 4mm) of denominations 500 / 2,000 with a storage tray. I designed these to use with 18XX games to better fit on the company charter cards, however they should be well suited for whatever gaming (or any other hobby) you're into!
The chips are each broken up into two files:
* 1) the back/color around the text & outer ring, and
* 2) the chip value, divider ring, & outer notches.
The way I've been printing them (using Bambu Studio, YMMV) is as follows:
* drop both files into your slicer so that they're centered on the print bed.
* For simpler 2-color chips: change the color of filament used for each part
* For more complex coloring (like the ones in my photos), take the additional step of using the 'paint / color' tool on individual faces (again, I use Bambu Studio so YMMV) .
The planks are similarly broken up into multiple pieces for ease of coloring, so you can take a similar approach there.
**When printed with 100% Infill PLA (which I've been doing), these should be about ~1.7g / chip, and ~7g / plank.**
The tray holds a set of 250 chips (5 rows of 5 wells of 10) & 24 planks (3 wells of 8).
**For the tray lid, depending on the material you use (e.g., I had to for wood PLA) you may need to scale up by 0.5-1% for a smooth fit.**
