Magnetic Wingspan box for dice, bonus cards, action cubes and goal tiles (Europe & Oceania)

This box fits the dice (one set), bonus cards, action cubes and goal tiles from all expansions together in one convenient place.

The lid is held in place by two sets of two 6x3mm neodymium magnets (4 total, 6mm wide, 3mm tall) , so you have to buy those if you want to use this model. Depending on your print settings they might stay in place with friction, but if they don't, you can secure them with a small dab of superglue in the hole before you push in the magnets.

It could probably be modded to use friction fit pins in place of magnets, but i haven't tested this and it won't be as secure as the magnets.

This box will fit the components from the base game plus any combination of Europe/Oceania expansion, but if you don't have all expansions there will be a bit of wiggle room, but it shouldn't be enough for the action cubes to fall out.

Sleeved cards probably won't fit.

The box is designed to be as compact as possible and the position of the bonus card deck is chosen to prevent the action cubes from falling out of their recesses. This results in a rather small gap next to the cards. If you struggle to get out the cards, use a goal tile as a tool to lift them out.

• Layer height: < 0.4mm

• Walls: 2+

• Top/Bottom: 3+ (depending on layer height)

• Infill: 12-20% (i used gyroid, it isn't needed for strength, but especially the lid needs a rather dense support layer so you don't get gaps, so use ZigZag rather than Grid if those are your options)

I will most likely get the next expansion once it comes out. The box probably won't need much adjustment to fit more cards/goal tiles, but as long as the contents aren't known i can't promise anything.

If there is demand for a version for sleeved cards i will need the dimensions of the sleeves (to the mm) and the height of the fully sleeved bonus card deck.

If you have differently sized magnets (+/- a couple of mm) i can modify the box to fit. 8x4 is the limit for the outer dimensions to be left unchanged though.
