Simple insert for Rajas of the Ganges Cards and Karma. i just used two card spots for the main deck and the third slot houses the Administrator and Player Cards. I put the Startephant over the player cards, but that could go anywhere really. It mostly passes the shake test (tokens are great, a couple cards may shift around).
For the print, just basic settings. I did choose to use a top/bottom layers set to 0 and infill set to 15% to speed things up, but solid top/bottom is personal preference.
