• The newer settings can be seen in the photos with the gold colored font and tan background.

• Added a new version for sleeved cards, per request.

• I tried to keep them centered where the card spots are printed.

• I reduced the corners from a 2mm inside radius to 0.5mm to hopefully accommodate the fact that sleeves are not rounded.

• This leaves less room for the words and perimeter, so:
• The clips are slightly thinner to fit without overhanging

• The text is 9mm high instead of 10.

I decided it was time to do something about the dragon and cave card display. We like to pick up the tray to bring it closer to us and see what's on it, but we have to be super careful to not make the cards fall off. I designed this to fit on top of the existing card display and use 4 clips to hold it in place. The clips also add as spacers from the table so it's easer to grab.

The display model itself doesn't include any writing on it. I'm including a .3mf that includes my PrusaSlicer settings where I added some text to show the standard “Dragon Cards” and “Cave Cards” that's on the original. Another thought I had was to print the first couple layers in transparent to try to just see the original, but I haven't tried that.

The cards actually sit suspended in air by about 3mm so you can grab onto them easily, but you can also just push down on one side of the card to pop it up and take it out.

Printing should be pretty straightforward. The following is what I used for the prints in the photos and what's included in the .3mf:

• 0.6mm nozzle
• If you use a 0.4mm nozzle, I recommend forcing extrusion width to 0.50mm.

• 0.20mm layer height

• California Filament’s Paper White PETG

• 1 perimeter

• I used the “classic” perimeter generator because Arachne decided to do some weird stuff that resulted in a less clean print.

• I added text using PrusaSlicer and set:
• 0.4mm depth; surface mounted

• Latest Font:
• 8mm height

• ITC Benguiat Std

• 50 pt character gap

• 300 pt boldness

• Original Font:
• 10mm height

• Trattetello font

• 135 pt character gap

• 150 pt boldness

• 1 perimeter

• 0% infill; 0 solid bottom/top layers – I wanted the embossed text to just include the perimeters.

• When printing the clips, just make sure you print them on their side. You'll need 4.
