Star Wars Unlimited - Falcon Two - Deck Box

This is a “slim” style deck box with two compartments. There are four slots total on the front and rear faces of the box that can fit Gamegenic Slide Cases or Ultra Pro Mini Snaps.

I’ve been able to fit a 50-card double-sleeved SWU Premier deck, or an 80-card single-sleeved SWU Twin Suns deck, into each compartment. That will depend heavily on the thickness of the sleeves used. I’ve also been able to fit 3" x 4" toploaders in the main compartments, but the deck box wasn’t designed with those in mind.

There are six holes for 5x3mm magnets in the lid and six holes in the base. The base holes are designed to hold two 5x3mm magnets each, for a total of 18 magnets: six in the lid and twelve in the base. I double-stacked the magnets in the base to get a slightly stronger hold, since the magnet surface area is pretty small.

I’ve included two versions of the lid: one with notches on the inside center of the front and back edges, and one without those notches. The notches are meant to help the lid latch in place, but they do make the lid more annoying to add and remove. It does get easier after repeated use, but you may or may not want to deal with it, so I included a version without the notches that relies on the magnets instead. The magnets hold the lid in place, but it will fail any kind of shake test.

You can also print your own customized panels to go in the slots. The panel dimensions are 95.6mm x 69.6mm x 5.6mm.

I’ve printed this mainly on a Creality K2 Plus at 0.2mm layer height, with no supports and 15% infill. Two walls seem sufficient, but I’ve printed it with three walls for added durability. Printed in PLA with generic settings.
