12 Drummers Drumming

Use the Christmas cards and your festive actions to be the first to reach twelve drummers drumming, or knock others out of the round. Can you be the last player standing or the first to do the victory drum roll?

The deck consists of numbered cards ranging from 1-11. Each player receives a 12 Drummers Drumming card which sits in front of them. Each player is dealt 6 cards, with the remainder making the draw pile. The player with a 1 card begins. Each turn you have 3 options.

play up to 6 cards, they must either match the last played card or be +1/-1 from the card below it. play a single action card (Nominate, Letter to Santa, Naughty List, Mistletoe). regift your hand (once per round) by flipping over your 12 Drummers Drumming card, discarding your hand and redrawing, ending your turn.

If you are unable to play a card or regift your hand, you are knocked out of the round.

The round ends when either 1 - you are the last player standing or 2 - you are the first player to play you 12 Drummers Drumming card, by placing it on top of a number 11 card.

Play continues until one player has won 2 rounds.
