Полтавская битва 1709, [Battle of Poltava 1709], is a simple Grand-Tactical level board-wargame devoted to the decisive Russian victory on Swedish army in the Battle of Poltava in 1709. After this battle, Russians took their place as the leading nation of Northern Europe. Battle of Poltava 1709 is a classical hexagonal board-wargame of low complexity for begginers in wargames. Russian player has to defend his position against desperate Swedish attack and provide shattering counterstrike after it.
