About the Game

Across the World by Air is an Australian wartime game where players race from 4 different starting place on the globe and race towards Melbourne, Australia.

Players follow a coloured path across the world, moving by the roll of a dice. Players many encounter obstacles along the path that may hinder their progress.

As the players travel along their route to Melbourne they will encounter other cities which the player must land on by the exact number on the dice. First to reach Melbourne is the winner.

A somewhat identical game titled "The Air Race game" is listed elsewhere on BGG. It differs in certain graphics such as some destinations, the title and no rules printed on the board
