This is the same Netherlands expansion as was included in Winsome's Age of Steam Expansion: Austria, Switzerland & The Netherlands, except that the graphic design is more colorful. The Netherlands expansion is for 5-7 players, includes a special Goods Demand and Action Display and is printed in German. New Actions are included, specifically Liquidate, Income and Demand.
