About the Game
Agile&Co casts players as video game studio managers who grow their companies by balancing agile practices (like retrospectives and clean code) against strategic decisions. Through shared action selection and hand management, they deploy products, earn revenue, and adopt improvements—all while juggling limited resources. Agile Maturity cards permanently boost actions (e.g., extra Development phases), while Agile Values scale points for long-term investment.
Each turn, players pick from five activities (Conference, Development, Deployment, Retrospective, Coach). Strategic depth comes from timing choices, managing card costs, and adapting to opponents. After 48 activities, the highest-scoring studio wins, with points earned from deployed products, agile upgrades, and stacked values.
The game blends light strategy with thematic depth, mirroring real-world agile challenges in a competitive yet accessible format.
