About the Game

Apropos of Board Games: Table Talk is a standalone wallet game that tests your knowledge of board games.

To win, players must think of board games that fit increasingly restrictive categories. With each newly flipped card, alternating between Must Have and But No requirements, players must cooperatively find a single example that fits every criteria so far. Get X correct answers for the right to call yourself a true expert!

The new Apropos games will come to the Board Game of the Month Club with a 7 card starter kit, and then a card each month in 2026 until they are complete. The game is playable with as little as 7 cards, but each card adds some more variety.
