About the Game

Ardennes Petite (Ardennes Small) is a very small-scale - only 6 hexes to Namur! - eight 2-day turn (16Dec44-2Jan45) division-to-corps-level Battle of the Bulge minigame, designed as a half-hour-lunch game.

The U.S. starts with 6 units - the Germans with 9.

Combat is a fairly simple 1:2 to 4:1 Disruption/Retreat combat odds system, with no Defender Eliminated outright, except against 14th Cavalry Group, if it is defending alone. Fortification for corps-level infantry units.

German Pressed Attack and Waffen-SS Ruthlessness (and consequential GI Rage) rules.

As you can see in Images, Patrick Tremoureux has his beautiful professional renditions of the map and counters.
