About the Game

The Battle of Austerlitz was fought on December 2, 1805. Napoléon's Grand Armée concluded a brilliant campaign by defeating a combined force of Russian and Austrian troops. Napoleon lured the two allies to their destruction by feigning weakness, then crushing their hasty advance with a left wing envelopment. It is considered Napoléon's greatest victory.

Designed by Bruce McFarlane, Austerlitz modifies the game system of in Gettysburg: Badges of Courage to reflect Napoléonic combat. It can be played with two or three players.
