The first promo card for the Adventure card game Aventuria. Its text reads:

Würfelst du bei einer Probe oder einem Angriff mit dem W20 eine 1, darfst du 2 statt 1 Karte vom Zugstapel ziehen. Würfelst du eine 20, musst du keine Handkarte ablegen.

The card's text roughly translates as:

"If you roll a 1 on a D20 while attacking or checking a success you may draw two cards instead of one. If you roll a 20, you do not have to discard a card."
