Azuma Kagami (吾妻鏡) is a historical chronicle: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azuma_Kagami

This game covers the Eastern campaign of Minamoto Yoritomo (源頼朝). It was published to coincide with airing of NHK's The 13 Lords of the Shogun (鎌倉殿の十三人).

Inspired by the Taiheiki system. (Taiheiki, was republished by MMP named as Warriors of Japan: A Country Aflame 1335-1339).

Theme: Conflict between the Genji and Heike clans

Game period: August - November 1180 (8 turns) Scope of the game: The whole of the Kanto region
