BattleCON: Lucius Promo 2015

A crossover promotional character created by Nokomento (Eunice Tiu) herself, Lucius is a build up brawler fighter with three shackle cards which all begin the game locked. Whenever Lucius stuns his opponent with an attack, he may choose to deal no damage to instead unlock one of his shackles, granting him a permanent stat boost for the rest of the game. This, combined with his trickery, slippery styles allow him to slowly build up power until he can crush his opponents with the combined onslaught of unpredictable attacks alongside sheer numerical superiority.
