About the Game

A board game based on the John Carpenter film Big Trouble in Little China.

“One player controls Egg Shen and his Allies. The other player controls Lo Pan & his Minions. Each figure represents one Man (Unit). Abstract simulation of the Battle at the end of the Movie. Victory: The Egg Shen player wins if he kills Lo Pan. Lo Pan wins if he kills Egg Shen, Jack Burton, and Wang Chi.”

The game is played on an 8x8 grid or chessboard. Miniatures or counters are used to represent the combatants. Egg Shen is teamed up with Jack Burton, Wang Chi, and six Chang Sing Fighters. Assisting Lo Pan are the Three Storms (Lightning, Rain, and Thunder), the Chinese Ogre, and eight Wing Kong Fighters.

The players draw hands of cards from a custom deck of 44 cards. Card play determines when units may move or attack.
