About the Game

Cake or Pie?: A Game of Sweet Allegiances is a trick-taking card game for 3–6 players where dessert is serious business—and loyalty is never guaranteed. Each round, players pledge allegiance to Cake or Pie, then battle over Order cards representing shifting demand.

Play flavored dessert cards—Chocolate, Berries, Lemon, or Pumpkin—to win tricks, sway demand, and collect the most valuable orders. But beware: if your actions betray your chosen dessert, you'll earn a Tart of Treason. Fail to redeem yourself, and you’ll lose your sweetest victory points!

With dynamic demand flipping, strategic flavor-following, and a deliciously pun-filled loyalty system, Cake or Pie? serves up clever decisions and playful sabotage in just 30–45 minutes.
