About the Game

Chaud Patate is a card game by Yannick Robert, illustrated by Olivier Fagnere, where you'll play a chef in search of ingredients to make the best dishes.

On your turn, you take a card from the kitchen or from one of the two pantries. The kitchen permits to recruit kitchen helps or to collect “special” cards, while the pantries make it possible to collect ingredients.

However, each place has a certain number of “Hot Potato” cards that will send one of your kitchen help to the emergency, if you draw one of these cards. Be careful, if you haven't more clerks, your chef will be in danger and you'll risk elimination.

The last chef in the competition will win the golden chef's hat and earn points based on the number of ingredients harvested.
