Chromatic Decoder invites players into a vibrant and strategic world of color and deduction. Designed for 2-6 players and suitable for ages 9 and up, this game challenges participants to guess the secret color sequence created by the Code Maker. Each round, the Code Maker arranges a series of colorful cards and provides subtle hints, while the Code Breakers must use their logic and deduction skills to decode the sequence before time runs out.

Setup and Play: Players begin by choosing between Standard Mode, for quicker games and beginners, or Advanced Mode, for a more challenging experience. The Code Maker selects a sequence of color cards and records it on a reference sheet. Code Breakers then take turns guessing the sequence, placing their own color cards on numbered tiles. The Code Maker provides feedback with tokens to indicate correct colors and positions, adding layers of strategy and tension to each turn. Special variation cards introduce unique rules and twists, ensuring no two games are ever the same.

Objective and Winning: The goal of Chromatic Decoder is for Code Breakers to accurately guess the Code Maker’s sequence within a set time limit. Points are awarded based on the number of guesses needed, with penalties for incorrect guesses and bonuses for swift decoding. The game continues until all players have had a turn as the Code Maker, and the player with the highest score at the end is declared the winner. In case of a tie, a thrilling speed round determines the ultimate champion.
