This Gadget works in either type of Chrononauts deck.
Text says:
"If you have this Gadget on the table, any Inverter you play works like a Reverse Fate. You may only use one Time Machine action per turn."
It debuted as a promo card at GenCon 2004, and was added to the original game during the 3rd printing.
It was also available for purchase by itself from the Looney Labs webstore
