About the Game

Claim the Crown is a fast tactical card duel played with a standard 52-card deck. Players build their own court by playing cards in front of them, each triggering an immediate ability tied to its suit. Clubs disrupt rivals by striking at their court, Diamonds manipulate an opponent’s hand, Spades recover lost resources from the discard pile, and Hearts echo the powers already in play.

Face cards represent royal authority. They can be played to your court to recruit allies or held in reserve to issue Royal Decrees, allowing a player to cancel an opponent’s move at a critical moment.

As cards accumulate, each player’s court develops into a unique engine of abilities and threats. Every play can swing momentum: removing a key card, stealing from the discard pile, or cancelling your opponent's play.

Victory comes from assembling the right combination of in your court. Unite the four suits under noble leadership or dominate the court with a single faction. The first player to achieve one of these conditions claims the crown and wins the game.
