The Ukrainian is a promo champion that was created during the Russian/Ukrainian War. It was offered in a "pay what you want"- model that provided anybody willing to donate a copy of the Starter Kit and the exclusive Champion Card.
The card needs a starter kit/ advanced deck to be playable.
