The Clientes Especiais (Special Clients) expansion adds 3 new pattern cards inspired by other games: Capivárias, Malabares (from the Piquinim Collection) and Vomitland (from Cyber ​​Rhino Studios). These patterns are larger than the ones in the base game, but can be made with any color of cobogó.
