Here's a short description of ColorMio Art from the designer/publisher:

Open three dye cards. You can discard all the palette cards that have the colors made by three dye cards after taking one palette card. Discard one palette card after discarding the used dye cards and making dye cards three cards. After this, your turn is over. The player who discards all his palette cards becomes a winner.
