About the Game

This simple solitaire game models a battalion assault supported by armour and artillery against hidden defenders supported by AT guns and mortars later in WW2.

Terrain and defending forces are generated randomly, and you will need to use realistic Fire & Movement tactics in order to prevail.

An earlier version of the system was published in the author's book Simulating War, and the British Army has published and used a deluxe boxed edition of the simpler spin-off Take That Hill as a training aid.

The download includes full colour print and play components and a complete illustrated sample game, and a new video shows another complete game played with miniature figures on 3D terrain.
