Combo-bliterate! 2023

Combo-bliterate! is a solo card shedding game using a standard 52 deck of cards. This game is about finding clever ways to create Chain Reactions (similarly to games like Candy Crush, or Potion Explosion) to clear your hand efficiently and to score points. The game ends once the entire deck has run out and you have no cards left in hand. The aim of the game is to have a final score of at least 1 point.

When you perform a Remove action to shed a card, you place the discarded card into your penalty pile. Each card in your penalty pile will lose you 2 points. However, a Remove action may cause a Chain Reaction allowing cards to get Scored and discarded to your scoring pile either faceup or facedown depending on certain criteria: Create a run of 3 or more to discard those faceup to your scoring pile, or create a pair of matching suit or rank to discard those facedown in your scoring pile. Faceup cards in your scoring pile will be worth 1 point each, and facedown cards will only be worth 1 point for every 2.

Score more points than you lose from your Remove actions and you will win.
