Cuba before the Revolution: In turbulent times, the island’s cities strive for independent wealth and influence. Who will trade their products and commodities profitably on the domestic market, or earn the most from merchant ships? Who will send influential delegates to parliament to influence legislation and build distilleries, hotels, and banks for the prosperity of the people?

In Cubaneo, you try to gain more victory points than the other players by shipping goods in the harbor, constructing buildings and using their abilities, and implementing certain acts that change the rules of game.
