Cyber Defense Island 2026

You and your colleagues are members of a highly skilled team fighting against numerous security threats. Your team must detect, respond, and recover from attacks while prioritizing the use of your limited resources. You must work together, finding synergy between your individual strengths to protect the Island.

During each player's turn, Attack cards are revealed based on the Threat Level. Attack locations are determined randomly using the 10-sided die. Then the player may take up to four actions to move on the map, trade Defense cards with other players at their location, respond to attacks by discarding matching Defense cards from their hand to remove Attack cubes from the map, or play a special event.

Players can discard five matching Defense cards to mitigate an Attack type. Attack cards that have been mitigated are ignored.

When all four Attack types have been mitigated, the players have won the game!

If the Threat Level gets too high or players cannot place Attack cubes on the map because the supply is exhausted, they lose the game.
