About the Game

A two player competitive horror game, one person takes on the role of a monster aiming to kill, while the other takes on a spirit aiming to destroy minds. Both aim to rid the house of any and all occupants. Both vie to destroy the most residents.

A house is populated with a pool of various, randomly-drawn residents, with each resident having their own mental and physical health trackers. An event card is drawn that impacts the night (anything from damage being doubled, to new characters arriving at the house). The players then play a card from own hand that affects the mental and/or physical health of the resident they chose to attack that night. Should there be at least one resident still alive in the house at the end of both attacks, the next night begins.

At the end of each consecutive third night the next act begins, allowing players to use more vicious attacks, and on the third act, each player draws a horror card, granting them a unique action or event. The game continues until all residents in the house are dead - and the player with the most victims wins - unless specific events or characters get drawn that could lead to the demise of one, or both players.
