About the Game

Deathmancer is a competitive dark fantasy engine-building card game in which players command forces across two interconnected realms: the Living and the Dead.

Each player controls a unique Commander and deck of Living Heroes and Undead. Living Heroes generate score, while Undead increase the player’s multiplier, attack opposing Heroes and use disruptive abilities. Players must balance immediate scoring against investing in the Dead Realm, where an increasingly powerful Undead army can dramatically amplify later turns.

Death does not mean removal from the game. Instead, The Fallen strengthen the Dead Realm, while a slain Commander crosses over and transforms into their unique Undead form, changing the way their deck is played. Terrain effects introduced during later rounds further alter the battlefield.

Players race to reach 100 points across six rounds. If neither player reaches 100, the player with the highest score at the end of the sixth round wins. Deathmancer also includes a dedicated scenario-driven solo mode.
