About the Game
A compendium game is one in which there are a set of established contracts that each player must complete once, and over the course of several hands, all players will have attempted the same contracts. You then compare who has done the best at each contract and award points based on those victories. The overall best score is the winner of the game.
This game is not exactly that.
Instead of set contracts, a player will roll three dice which will establish the trump suit, the supertrump number, and a special rule that will govern the trick play for that hand. Players will then decide (by paying bid chips) who will be the declaring player for that hand - the only one who will score points. This will play out until each player has completed two dice-rolled contracts, and the one with the most points and remaining chips will win the game.
