The card name is "Gustav und Reiner, Helfer der Ratlosen" what means "Gustav and Reiner, helper of the clueless" and is a special thank for Dr. Reiner Düren and Peter Gustav Bartschat, creators of the Encyclopædia Catanica. The card says "If you have at least 3 victory points less than your opponent, you can play another turn right now".
