Dinner Party: A Lot To Unpack 2026

This third, big expansion for Dinner Party adds 80 new Guests to the game, as well as the new Drink Tea, the new Luggage mechanic, new Topics (as seen in the Topics mini expansion), and 7 replacement cards with updated Guests and Topics from previous sets.

Tea can be used to look at the top three cards of any one Guest stack and optionally replace a Guest in the Lobby with one of those, to find the Guests you need and be less dependent on luck when trying to get all Occupations or finding a Guest that combos with another. As such, Tea adds a new strategic option to Dinner Party.

Luggage Abilities are a new mechanic that you will find on some Guests, where they bring Luggage tokens with them. Depending on the Guest, Luggage tokens can be discarded at certain triggers to get a certain effect. Some Luggage works like an "on demand" boost, but there is a wide variety of triggers and abilities.

Guests from this expansion include Richard Nixon, Mad King Ludwig of Bavaria, Steve Irwin, Florence Nightingale, Marco Polo, Hannibal and Moses.
