About the Game
Ukrainian Inferno is a game on the near success of the Ukrainian forces during August, 2014. In July, these forces had cut up and isolated many of the pro-Russian forces called the DPA who were fully supported by Russia. The Ukrainian forces were in a near win position after months of fighting, having cut the main arteries for supply used by the DPA. While it looked promising, there remained one main highway used by the DPA that supplied those forces in and around Donetsk, a large urban-like area they controlled.
