About the Game

Double Bluff is a trick taking game played with dominoes. The goal of the game is to capture more doubles than your opponent each round. Each time a player wins a trick, their hand size will be reduced by one, limiting their options. When one player runs out of tiles in their hand, the round ends.

In addition to typical must-follow trick taking, tiles can be played face down. When playing a tile face down, a player must declare that it is one of the 7 doubles. By successfully bluffing, and double bluffing, a player can have more control over the hand they are dealt. If, however, they are caught, they risk giving more control to their opponent.
