About the Game

Essence: Handicaps is the 3rd expansion to Essence: The Game of Insights. It allows the players to face their thoughtforms and to fathom the attitudes they possess.

In the beginning, players get three handicap cards showing limiting attitudes, and the task of getting rid of these until the end of the game.
