About the Game

Farwald: Fallen Gods is a competitive tactical card game set in a shattered fantasy world where fallen divinities struggle for control over ancient powers, elemental forces, and the Crystals of Essence.

In Farwald, every player commands a preconstructed Memory, a complete deck built around one of the game’s elemental identities. The four main elements are Fire, Water, Nature, and Mind, each with its own style of play, strengths, and tactical pressure. Fire overwhelms, Water adapts, Nature endures, and Mind manipulates the flow of the battle.

At the heart of the game is the Dimensional Gate. Players use Energy Cards and Crystals to open the Gate and determine which cards they can bring into play. Unlike many card battle games, players have access to their full energy system from the beginning of the game, so the focus is not on waiting for resources to appear, but on choosing when and how to use them.

Cards in Farwald include Evocations, Crystals, Energy Cards, and tactical effects that shape the battlefield, defend against enemy pressure, or strike at the right moment. Some cards can also be empowered through additional costs, allowing players to turn a simple play into a stronger tactical move when the timing is right.

The game is built to feel familiar to players who enjoy trading card games, but Farwald is not a trading card game. There are no boosters, no random packs, and no need to chase rare cards to compete. Each deck is designed as a complete tactical experience, where victory depends on planning, timing, resource management, and reading your opponents.

Players clash by summoning Evocations, exploiting Crystals, managing their Memory, and using destructive and defensive energy to break through enemy defenses. Pressure builds as the battle progresses, and every decision can open a path through the Dimensional Gate or leave a player exposed.

The goal is to shatter the opponents’ Crystals of Essence through Fatigue Damage. The winner is the player who survives the conflict, masters the Gate, and leaves the other fallen gods behind.
