Set up: Place this location off to the side of the play area, apart from the regular locations.

Special Location Ability: Discard a card here to steal a card from any player with more than 2 cards. Do not draw at the end of the turn. Cards played here are not added to the discard pile before reshuffling the Virtus deck.
